The aim of this paper is to analyze the role of Chinese government in Beijing's tourism development. China's tourism industry was growing day by day and the pattern of tourism development was changed especially through the Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, which clarified the intention for national development strategy. On the national level, The China National Tourism Administration (CNTA), representing the Chinese government, is responsible for the development of tourism in the country. In Beijing, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Tourism Development is the municipal government agency that is responsible for the tourism management work in Beijing.

Banks are purveyors and manufacturers of money. Banks carry out several functions and there shall be a proper control and supervision. It has primary functions and secondary functions. The primary functions are important functions of banks and the secondary functions are services by banks to public. The banks provide finance functions and it is one of the financial institution of finance sector. All the functions are economic functions and it is blood and nerves of financial system. Any failure of banks directly affects economy and national growth and development. The effective management control of banks protects economy of the nation. This paper delves into the perplexing issue as captured in the title of the paper. The announcement by the Public Protector will further dampen the economy of South Africa. It will lead to further economic downgrades by the ratings agencies in an era of recession, very high employment, and rising inflation. The issue straddles the reckless shot at the Central Bank by the Public Protector, pushing for change in the Bank's role, which saw the rand fall by two percent and has deteriorated even further to trade at R13.50 to the US dollar. She has called for a revision of the Reserve Bank's constitutional mandate. The Public Protector charged that protecting the value of the rand, to a focus on the protection of 'citizens' socio – economic wellbeing is cardinal to South Africa's development. The question arises – Is she doing this at the bidding of the ruling ANC and, supporting the misguided notion of radical economic transformation of the economy, propounded by the President of the country and the African National Congress, given the failure of the ruling ANC government to bring about coordinated development after 23 years of South African democracy. The paper will therefore look at this issue and, elaborate on the possible devastating effects upon an already compromised economy and the, effects upon the general population. In adding to the narrative, the policy documents of the ANC were critiqued very briefly, in order to show the paranoia that exists within the ruling ANC government, which is aimed at hanging on to power at all costs and, not serving the people of the Republic of South Africa.

The development of the evolution of accounting software has made significant changes to the ease of financial information and decision making for leaders in each organizational unit, especially for accountants who work in the audit department (as auditors) and in accounting (as auditees). The purpose of this study is to determine the essence of satisfaction for auditors and auditors behind the evolution of accounting software. This research is a qualitative research with interpretive phenomenology method. The research data were obtained through in-depth interviews and observations. The results showed that each informant has his own perception about the evolution of accounting software. Informants (auditors and auditees) consider that the evolution of accounting software provides convenience and satisfaction in the process of completing their work as accountants, especially in presenting data quickly and accurately. Furthermore, informants have confidence in carrying out their duties as accountants even though they are not from an accounting education background because accounting software provides applications that are easy to learn and familiar to ordinary people. Accountants are required to be professional in their fields because their work is not just debiting, posting and printing financial reports because accounting software has not been able to carry out some of the functions of accountants in validating transaction data, making analyzes, conducting reconciliation, evaluating and recommendations, therefore accountants are required to have competence and expertise to support optimal performance. As a recommendation from the informant to the leaders of each organization that even though the evolution of accounting software has provided job satisfaction and helped the work processes of accountants, to achieve good and optimal performance is largely determined by the principle of the right man on the right place.

Bangladesh NGO Foundation (BNF) has been launched by the Bangladesh Government in 2004 with the aim to support of the partner Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in assigning in taking up socio- economic development activities and poverty alleviation as well as gender balances through small amount of BNF Grant. The country has also been in front of enormous challenges of feeding the rapidly increasing population or even to support their livelihood in a sustainable manner. Bangladesh NGO foundation already disbursed more than 115 Crore taka through partner organizations out of which 36% is male while 64% is female beneficiary. The study intends to see whether SDG 1 and 5 is helping to implement both the goals through BNF grant fund as a complementary manner. Time period of the study was 1st March 2017 to 31th July,2017 . This study aimed to find out whether sustainable development goal 1 and 5 of BNF partner organization due to BNF grant is indicating any significant role? Research question of the study is whether BNF's partner organizations sustainable development goal 1 and 5 of BNF partner organization due to BNF grant? Self-administered questionnaires were used to collect the data for this study. NGOs are employed for women's enterprise since escalating women's economic opportunities is fundamental to sustainable growth and building more equitable societies. In this study, 93.9% of the organizations give help to women entrepreneurs. Majority (69.6%) of the respondents were strongly agreed that BNF's financing and capital formatting solve social problem. It has been seen that there was significant association between NGOs role for removing poverty and fulfilling towards SDG1 and 5 as working for complementary through funds for zero poverty and disparity removing among inequality of poor women group has been also occurring. Marketing strategy through arranging supply chain management and setting up Business incubator by the authority of BNF is desirable. However, restructuring of BNF is required as it lacks any vision, mission and marketing approach as well as supply chain management process .Further, at rural area govt. of the country should set up community banking for channelling micro saving to micro investment.
